FWD Gen-AI Innovation Hub is an experience and innovation lab in FWD Global Groups. We design digital and physical interventions with AI-driven approaches for agents and customers. The central focus of the hub’s project in 2024 is to sustainably achieve a threefold increase in the expansion of new agents population to 135,000 by 2030, ultimately contributing to substantial business growth.

This extensive end-to-end service/systems design project for agents aims to rearchitect recruitment processes, foster agents’ growth and development through soft skills and knowledge beyond insurance, and automate backend actuarial processes to generate valuable data projections. These are achieved through 4 interventions that became the Hub's 4 pillar products; the FWD eRecruit™, Agent Guru™, Training Guru™, and Actuarial AI respectively, launched across APAC.
